Terms of service

InnRow ("InnRow", "we") provides booking-management software for accommodation businesses ("you").

Your account

You are responsible for your staff logins and for the bookings, prices and guest details you enter. Keep passwords private.

Free trial and payment

New accounts get a free trial. After it, the chosen plan is billed monthly or yearly in advance. If a payment is late, your account keeps working for a short grace period and then becomes read-only (you can still view and export everything) until you pay.

Calendar sync

Calendar links with booking sites (Airbnb, Booking.com and others) refresh on each site's own schedule. InnRow cannot guarantee another site will close dates in time; for last-minute bookings, close the dates on the other sites yourself.

Your data

Your data stays yours. You can download it at any time. If you cancel, we keep it for 90 days so you can come back or download it, then delete it.
