Questions
Do I need to change anything on Airbnb or Booking.com?
You paste one calendar link per room into each site, and copy their link back into InnRow. It takes a few minutes, and we can do it for you.
Is this a real channel manager?
InnRow uses the free calendar links every booking site offers. They refresh on each site's own schedule (Airbnb roughly every few hours), not instantly, so for bookings in the next day or two InnRow reminds you to close the dates on the other sites by hand.
Is there really a free plan?
Yes. Free covers up to 2 rooms with one login: the calendar, the double-booking lock, sync with every booking site, alerts and simple receipts. No card and no time limit.
What happens after the 30-day trial, or if I stop paying?
Your account moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted, and calendar sync keeps running for every room so you are never double-booked because of billing. New bookings work for your first 2 rooms until you pick a plan again.
Are there booking fees or commissions?
No. You pay the plan price and nothing per booking.
Is my data safe?
Each property has its own separate database. Backups run automatically, and you can download your data whenever you like.
