Guest data

You decide what guest information to store. We process it only to provide InnRow to you and never sell it or use it for advertising. Each property's data is kept in its own separate database.

Where it's kept

On our hosting servers, with automatic backups. ID photos are stored privately and are only visible to your signed-in staff.

Our team may open your account to help when you ask; every such access is logged.
