The whole house to yourselves: all four air-conditioned rooms (Riverside Bliss Suite, two King's Comfort Rooms and the Twin Harmony Room), plus the private pool, riverside barbecue deck, jetty with gazebo, garden and mini kids park, with no other guests. Every room has an ensuite bathroom with shower, TV, mini fridge, kettle and safe locker. Ideal for families, friends and small groups; home-cooked Kerala meals and campfire evenings on request. Riverside Bliss Suite
Our most-requested room. A double bed faces glass doors that open onto a private balcony looking over the garden to the Korapuzha river. Best for couples, with room for one child (sleeps 2 adults + 1 child). Air conditioning, ensuite bathroom with shower, flat-screen TV, mini fridge, kettle, safe locker, free WiFi, toiletries, towels and daily housekeeping. Celebrating something? King's Comfort Room 1
A king-size bed under a high timber ceiling, with a full wardrobe and dressing area so you can unpack properly. Garden view; sleeps 2 adults + 1 child. Air conditioning and heavy curtains make an afternoon rest easy, and it's a comfortable base for a longer Ayurveda programme. Ensuite bathroom with shower, flat-screen TV, mini fridge, kettle, safe locker, free WiFi, toiletries, towels and daily housekeeping. One of two matching King's Comfort Rooms, a good pair for two couples or a family.
King's Comfort Room 2

Twin Harmony Room
Two single beds and a desk, with a garden view. The room for friends, colleagues, or a parent and grown-up child who'd rather not share a bed, and the natural room for the kids or cousins in a whole-villa booking. Questions guests ask
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 12 noon and check-out is by 11 am. If your flight or train arrives early or leaves late, tell us and we'll do what we can.
Can we bring our dog or other pets?
Yes. BelleVue is one of the few pet-friendly stays in Kozhikode (Calicut), and pets stay at no extra charge. Please mention your pet when you enquire so we can give you the right room.
Is BelleVue good for children?
Yes. There's a mini kids park and a long garden to run around in, and the kitchen will cook simple food for small children. Cots are free up to 3 years; from 11 years, children count as adults. No extra beds. The river is open water, so please keep an eye on little ones near the jetty.
Is there parking?
Yes, free private parking inside the property. It's a private house with a compound wall, so your car stays inside the gate.
Are meals available?
Yes. Meals are home-cooked Kerala and Malabar food, vegetarian and non-vegetarian. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be added per day, or you can take the full-board plan. Barbecue on the riverside deck can be arranged on request.
Where is BelleVue and how do we get there?
On the bank of the Korapuzha river at Olloorkadav, Ollur Kadavu Road, Kunnathara PO, Koyilandy, Kozhikode, Kerala 673620. It's 11 km (about 20 min) from Koyilandy railway station, 26 km from Kozhikode (Calicut) city, 28 km from Calicut railway station and 49 km from Calicut International Airport. Airport and railway pick-up can be arranged. The last kilometre is a village road, so call us if you're unsure.
Can we book the whole property for a family or group?
Yes. Book all four rooms and the house is yours: the pool, the barbecue deck, the garden and the jetty, with no other guests. Tell us how many people are coming and we'll suggest the best arrangement.
Do you offer Ayurveda treatments?
Yes. BelleVue runs its own Ayurveda wellness program with a treatment room on site: doctor's consultation, massage, Shirodhara, Pizhichil, herbal steam, yoga and diet-planned meals. You can book a single massage during a normal stay, or a programme of 5 to 21 days, priced after your consultation.
